How do I register for BioSolutions Africa VIRTUAL and how much does it cost?
You can access our registration rates here. Advance rate deadline is 30 June 2020. Full rates start 1 July 2020.
What is included in my registration?
Everything! You’ll have complete access to the entire platform, including virtual exhibit booths where you can meet with exhibitors and learn about their products/services that address your needs, watch live and on-demand education sessions, participate in small group discussions with colleagues who share interests, and more!
Will live education sessions be available to view after the fact?
Most, if not all, education sessions will be available on demand until beyond the event dates.

What languages will be available on the platform?
The content and activities will be presented in English. We anticipate that attendees can use various online translation apps/programs if they wish to translate information to a different language.
Can I tour the virtual platform in advance of the event?
Yes! Once you have registered, we will provide more information, via email, closer to the live event to allow you time to explore the virtual expo and set up your profile.
Can I cancel my attendee registration if I already paid?
There are no refunds should you decide to cancel however you can make a substitution at any time without penalty. This information is also included in the attendee registration confirmation email.
What if my organization wants enhanced visibility on BioSolutions Africa VIRTUAL?

How long will my virtual booth be available online?
BioSolutions Africa VIRTUAL will be open to all 2020 participants from the July launch date through post event. More information will be available closer to the event!
How can I interact with attendees and exhibitors?
BioSolutions Africa VIRTUAL offers the ability to engage 24-7! You can chat with attendees or exhibitors who are online at the same time as you, or you can also can send a message directly to any participant. However it will be up to each individual participant whether they respond to inquiries.
How will BioSolutions Africa VIRTUAL drive traffic to the event?
BioSolutions Africa VIRTUAL will be hosting live, streaming content on the site. We will also host online activities that will include incentives, games and rewards for different levels of participation.
How will booth leads be tracked?
Exhibitors and sponsors will have varying degrees of access to a variety of data and metrics about use of the site.
