Joel Jerónimo is an Agronomist Engineer and General Manager at Asfertglobal with large experience in crop production and plant nutrition. During the last 20 years, his professional experience has always been related to plant nutrition. In Asfertglobal the mission is to develop plant nutrition solutions that help farmers increase their productivity with high quality and environmental sustainability. It has always been Jerónimo’s goal to work in innovative technology companies.
Asfertglobal is a company with more than 20 years of accumulated experience in the plant nutritional sector. The company’s main focus is the development of biofertilizers that are based on the use of microorganisms and new organic molecules from natural sources. These biofertilizers are developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon, which is responsible for all the efficacy tests. The Asfertglobal head office is in Portugal and the company maintains offices in Spain and South Africa and work in 12 countries including France, Switzerland, Greece, Turkey, and Russia.
