Wilma du Plooy is Postharvest Disease Research and Programme for the Citrus Research International (CRI). Her work focuses on the growing period beginning four weeks before harvest through aspects of shipping in both commercial and academic environments. She earned her PhD in Plant Pathology from Pretoria University.
